Fundraising Objection Coverage Register

The founder walks into the meeting with a complete pre-pitch register: a written, evidenced rebuttal row for every required VC objection category, and, under the default setting, no row left as an open gap.

You receive: A JSON object { objections[] } where objections[] is an array of { objectionId (unique, non-empty), category (enum, exactly: management|product|market|customers|sales_strategy|exit_options), objection (at least 3 words), rebuttal (at least 6 words), evidence{ type (enum, exactly: metric|cv|patent|customer|contract|forecast|other), detail (at least 4 words) }, status (enum, exactly: covered|gap) }

What's verified: STUD verifies the register parses as a JSON object with an objections[] array; that it contains at least your minimum total of rows (default 19) and at least your per-category minimum (default 2) for each required category; that every row has a non-empty, unique objectionId; that category is exactly one of these six tokens: management, product, market, customers, sales_strategy, exit_options; that evidence.type is exactly one of: metric, cv, patent, customer, contract, forecast, other; that status is exactly covered or gap; that written content is present with minimum word floors (objection at least 3 words, rebuttal at least 6 words, evidence.detail at least 4 words); and, when 'Require every row marked covered' is on (the default, including when the setting is omitted), that no row has status gap. Oversized work is rejected (submissions over 200000 characters or over 500 rows), and out-of-range settings are rejected (per-category minimum outside 1 to 50, total minimum outside 1 to 500); unrecognized names in your required-categories setting are ignored, and if none remain valid all six categories are required. STUD does NOT verify that a rebuttal is convincing, that the evidence is real or sufficient, or that these are the objections your specific investors will actually raise; the word floors prove written content exists, not that it persuades. Your company one-liner, stage, raise amount, and known investor concerns are operator context only and never affect the verdict.
