VC Fit Qualification Calculator

The founder can mechanically screen any investor against their raise and constraints and get a keep/cut verdict with a fit score.

You receive: A pure function vcFitScore(raiseAmount, idealCheckMin, idealCheckMax, fundFullyInvested, stageMatch, sectorMatch, geoMatch) -> { checkSizeFit (bool), hardGatesPass (bool), fitScore (0-100), verdict (enum: keep|cut) } graded on hidden cases.

Part of Pitch Investors

What's verified: STUD verifies the function reproduces the reference check-size test (idealCheckMin <= raiseAmount <= idealCheckMax, both edges inclusive), the hard-gate logic (stage, sector, geography, and fund not fully invested), the additive fit score (40 for check-size fit, 20 stage, 15 sector, 15 geography, 10 fund not fully invested, clamped to 0-100), and the keep/cut verdict (keep only when the check-size fit and all hard gates pass) on hidden cases. The weights and the keep/cut rule are a fixed convention from the book, not an endorsement of any deal. STUD does NOT know real fund data, does NOT judge whether the investor is actually a good partner, and does NOT use the fundSize input in the computation (it is contextual only).
