An operating model canvas that maps how your business delivers its value proposition: the value delivery chain step by step, plus the suppliers, locations, organization, information systems, and management system behind it, each element filled in and machine checked.

You receive: A JSON object with six element arrays: valueDeliveryChain (the ordered process steps), organization, locations, information, suppliers, managementSystem. Every entry is a phrase of at least two words; no element repeats an entry.

What's verified: STUD verifies the deliverable parses as a JSON object with all six operating-model elements present as arrays (valueDeliveryChain, organization, locations, information, suppliers, managementSystem), that every entry is a string reading as a phrase of at least two words after trimming, that the value delivery chain has at least your minimum count of qualifying steps (default 3), that suppliers has at least your minimum (default 2), that organization, locations, information, and managementSystem each meet the per-element minimum (default 2), that no element repeats an entry (ignoring case and surrounding spaces), and that no em or en dash appears anywhere. Checks run in order and a structural failure stops the run there. STUD does NOT verify that the elements describe your real operation, that the chain steps are in a workable order, or that anything listed exists: your intake answers brief the operator and are never machine-checked against the content.
