Scope of the check
What's verified: Settles deterministically that the data room is COMPLETE and ORGANIZED: both buckets present, every required document slot present with a valid status, attached items reference something, N/A items are justified and only on slots the buyer's context allows, no duplicates, and the per-bucket completeness verdict is recomputed not asserted. It NEVER verifies that any document is legally sufficient, accurate, well-drafted, or fundable (cap table is correct, the forecast is credible, the incorporation is clean): that is counsel and investor judgment, sold as guided, and never inherits this green check.
