Critical Path of milestones to a traction goal
I get an ordered Critical Path of milestones to my traction goal, each marked necessary, so I can see the minimum sequence the operator judged has to happen.
You receive: A JSON object { goal, milestones: [{ order, milestone, necessary }] } describing the ordered Critical Path, machine-checked for structure, sequence, and non-placeholder content.

Scope of the check
What's verified: STUD verifies the deliverable is a single JSON object within a 20,000 character bound, with a non-empty, non-placeholder goal string; a list of at least the minimum number of milestones (your minMilestones setting, default 3, accepted range 1 to 50); each milestone carrying an integer order that together forms a gap-free 1..N sequence; milestone text that is at least two words, not a placeholder like TBD or TODO, and not a duplicate of another milestone; and necessary set to true on every milestone. STUD does NOT verify that the milestones are genuinely necessary, feasible, complete, or the right path for your business; that judgment is the operator's. Your traction goal, product context, and stage fields inform the operator's work and are not machine-checked against the deliverable.
