Arithmetic recomputed against tasks.py's _nps_reference oracle, 2026-08-17: of 25 valid 0-10 scores, 12 are promoters (9-10), 9 are passives (7-8), 4 are detractors (0-6); NPS = round((12 - 4) / 25 * 100) = round(32.0) = 32. All 25 scores are in range, so the exclude setting removes nothing. The scenario is illustrative: STUD is pre-seed and pre-revenue, so the responses model the illustrative launch scenario's 25 buyers retained at month 3, each answering the single 'how likely are you to recommend STUD' 0-10 question after their first month of runs. An NPS of 32 at month 3 would say early retained buyers lean promoter but a real detractor tail exists, worth interviewing before scaling content-led acquisition (illustrative blended CAC about $40).
