Scope of the check

What's verified: STUD verifies the objective shell of the referral system: all four components the source names are present (identify the segment, a reason-to-share asset, a reward, automation), the share asset is one of the two source-named formats and targets the buyer's stated problem, the reward is one of the four declared structure types with its numbers present and internally consistent, the automation steps are ordered without gaps and include the asset-send and reward steps, the enrollment trigger matches the buyer's chosen order count, and an opt-out rule exists that fires after enrollment. STUD does NOT verify the subjective core: whether the share asset is actually compelling enough that customers pass it along, whether the identified segment is truly your most passionate customers, whether the reward economics are profitable for your margins, or whether the program will generate referrals at all. Note on grounding: the four reward types (credit, voucher, commission, refund tier) are an options set drawn from the source's worked examples (Blue Apron credit, invite-a-friend vouchers, a 10 percent affiliate commission, a 100 percent refund for three referrals), not a mandate from the source; the source requires A reward, and names these as ways to structure one. The named email platforms in the source (Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, HubSpot) are likewise examples, which is why the intake takes any platform as free text.
