Scope of the check
What's verified: STUD verifies the deliverable is a JSON register no longer than 100,000 characters that names your company (companyName must equal the company name you provide, ignoring case and surrounding spaces), contains 2 to 7 differentiator objects each with a non-empty id and name (both unique across the register, names compared case-insensitively), rates each differentiator on exactly the five Zook criteria (distinctive, measurable, relevantToCore, mutuallyReinforcing, clearAtAllLevels) as true/false boolean values (no missing, extra, or non-boolean entries), states per differentiator a nonnegotiable principle of at least 20 characters and a behavioral indicator of at least 15 characters, and checks the arithmetic: each criteriaPassCount is an integer equal to that differentiator's count of true criteria, and overallCriteriaPassRate equals total true criteria divided by (differentiator count times 5), rounded to 3 decimals. STUD does NOT verify that the listed differentiators are your business's real sources of differentiation, that the true/false ratings are accurate judgments about your business, or that the nonnegotiable principles and behavioral indicators are wise, feasible, or actually adopted by your teams; that judgment stays with you.
