Financing Deal-Stage Tracker
The founder has a complete, sequenced map of the financing process, split at the term sheet signing and ending at funds received, with every stage named, owner-assigned, and closed by a gating artifact, and a duration roll-up checked against the cap set at intake.
You receive: A JSON object { stages[], totalWeeks, exclusivityWeeks, summary } where stages[] is an array of { stageId, order, name, phase, durationWeeks, drivenBy, gatingArtifact, milestoneType }. Exact allowed values: phase is pre_term_sheet or post_term_sheet; drivenBy is founder, investor, or mutual; milestoneType is meeting, ic_review, term_sheet_signed, due_diligence, legal_docs, or funds_received. Orders form an unbroken 1..N sequence, totalWeeks equals the exact sum of durationWeeks and stays within the intake cap, and exclusivityWeeks echoes the intake value.

What's verified: STUD verifies structure and arithmetic: the submission is a JSON object of at most 20,000 characters; stages holds at least your minimum number of stage objects; stage orders form an unbroken 1..N sequence; every stage carries a non-empty stageId, a name of at least 3 characters, and a gatingArtifact of at least 3 characters; phase, drivenBy, and milestoneType use only these exact values: phase is pre_term_sheet or post_term_sheet, drivenBy is founder, investor, or mutual, and milestoneType is meeting, ic_review, term_sheet_signed, due_diligence, legal_docs, or funds_received; every milestone you require appears at least once (required values outside that list are ignored, and if none are valid the full six-milestone list applies); exactly one term_sheet_signed stage splits the sequence (it and every stage before it pre_term_sheet, every stage after it post_term_sheet); exactly one funds_received stage sits last; every durationWeeks is a number above zero; totalWeeks equals the exact sum of the stage durationWeeks values and does not exceed your maximum (that sum-and-cap check is the ONLY arithmetic verified); exclusivityWeeks echoes the exact number you set at intake; and summary is a string of at least 20 characters. Your criteria must sit in range or the submission is rejected: minimum stages 1 to 30, maximum total weeks above 0 up to 260, exclusivity weeks above 0 up to 52. STUD does NOT predict the real timeline of your deal, does NOT judge whether durations, owners, or gating artifacts are realistic or well chosen, and does NOT verify your company context: the company name, company stage, target raise, and round-context intake fields inform the operator only and are never enforced.
